LX Timesheets (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a tool for lighting crews to record weekly timesheets and work out wages. This policy explains what information we handle and how.

Information we collect

• Account details. When you sign in (with Google, Apple, or email) we receive your email address and a unique account identifier. If you use Google or Apple, we receive basic profile information (such as your name and email) from them to create your account.
• Information you enter. The data you type into the app — production and job details, crew members’ names, roles and email addresses, working hours, rates, per diems, and the calculations produced from them.
• Invite emails. When you share a job by entering someone’s email address, we store that address so the shared job can appear in their account when they sign in with it. No email is sent by the app.

How we use it

We use this information solely to provide the app’s service to you: to store your jobs, calculate wages, produce statements, and let you share a job with people you invite. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Where it’s stored

• Your data is stored in a secure database provided by Supabase, protected by access rules so that only your account — and people you explicitly invite — can access it.
• Sign-in is handled by Supabase Auth together with Google and Apple if you choose those methods.
• The app is hosted on Cloudflare.

These providers process data on our behalf to run the service.

Sharing

We only share your data with the providers above that are needed to run the app, and with people you choose to invite to a job. We never sell your data.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual jobs in the app at any time. To delete your entire account and its data, contact us using the details below.

Your rights

You can view and edit your data in the app, export it (Copy JSON in Rates & Settings), and delete it. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under data-protection law (for example UK GDPR), including access, correction and erasure.

Cookies & local storage

The app uses your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as light/dark theme. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above shows the current version.
